To complement our Birth Workshops, we offer our Fourth Trimester & Feeding Workshop. We understand how important it is to prepare you for your birth experience, but it’s also crucial to prepare you for your new life. Starting a family is exciting but can also be a time of worry and doubt.
At Birth & Beyond Education, we believe that feeding – especially breastfeeding – deserves a class of its own. That’s why we have separated our birth preparation and feeding classes to ensure parents receive dedicated, in-depth education in both areas. Our Fourth Trimester & Feeding Workshop focuses on breastfeeding, formula feeding, and mixed feeding options, using evidence-based information to help improve your confidence before you embark on this exciting new chapter.
Our Registered Midwife, Kristin will ease the transition from pregnancy to parenthood ensuring you have a good understanding of your choices, your baby’s needs and your emotional and mental health. Kristin currently works on the postnatal ward at The Mater Hospital.
We recommend taking part in this class, after your birth preparation course.
